Delete your SalahSure account or data

Delete your account

1. Open SalahSure.
2. Open Settings, then your account.
3. Choose Delete account, then confirm.

If you cannot open the app, use the button below. It opens an email to Mozgraph Limited at support@salahsure.com. Send that email from the address you use in SalahSure.

Deleted

• Your SalahSure login.
• The link between your account and contribution submissions. Your user id and email are removed from those submissions.

Kept

• Contribution content: prayer times, facility details, photos, and the Google place id.
• A restricted record with your user id, email, the related submission ids, and the deletion date. Kept for 6 years, then deleted.
• Settings and favorites stored only on your device. Those stay on the device.

Delete some of your data

This request does not delete the login.

1. Choose Email a data deletion request below.
2. In the email, write the email address you use in SalahSure and the data you want deleted.
3. Send the email to Mozgraph Limited at support@salahsure.com.

We can delete without closing the account

• Your name and profile photo, if we received them from Google sign-in.
• Other personal data we hold that is not required to keep your login working and is not contribution content.

Kept

• Your SalahSure login, unless you also ask us to delete the account.
• Contribution content: prayer times, facility details, photos, and the Google place id.
• Settings and favorites stored only on your device. Remove those on the device, or by uninstalling the app.

Location used for Qibla, nearby masjids, and prayer times is not stored as an account profile.
